  Talent Force intends to provide a work environment that is pleasant, professional and free from intimidation, hostility or other offenses which might interfere with work performance.  Harassment of any sort will not be tolerated.  Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited.  In addition, Talent Force prohibits any remarks, jokes or other conduct related to race, ethnic origin, religion, age, or disability that may be offensive to other employees. 

 Any employee who is subjected to, observes, or becomes aware of such harassing conduct by anyone, including a supervisor, fellow worker or visitor, must report the conduct immediately to the employee’s immediate supervisor or to the Director of HR.  No retaliation will be taken against an employee for making such a report in good faith.

 Talent Force will investigate immediately all reports of alleged harassment and take appropriate corrective action, including disciplinary measures when justified, to remedy all violations of this policy.
