TalentForce, partners with the Marketing Association for Rehabilitation Centers (MARC); becoming MARC’s first Major Corporate Sponsor.

Fletcher, NC:  MARC, a regional consortium of Community Rehabilitation and Manufacturing Programs, announced today that TalentForce, an Employment Staffing Group company, has become MARC’s first Major Corporate Sponsor.  “The mutual goals of the new partnership are to: 1) collaborate through business development and staffing opportunities with MARC’s 15 members located across western North Carolina’s 23 counties and 2) promote employment and employment opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages,” said Noel Watts, President and CEO of MARC.  “ From the first conversation that I had with Clayton Bullock, Chief Executive Officer and Bobby Walker, CFO, of Employment Staffing Group, I was impressed with the aspirations of ESG to partner with MARC.  After meeting and getting to know Beth Mobley, TalentForce Regional RVP, I am even more impressed with the leadership; we are delighted to partner with TalentForce,” said Watts.

MARC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 1978 whose purpose is to serve people with disabilities through a 23 county region of western North Carolina about the size of Maryland.  MARC serves by developing and implementing programs among its 15 member community rehabilitation programs located throughout this service area.  MARC member organizations provide best-practice education and life skills training, along with effective employment training that includes evaluation to identify strengths and talents, work training to teach good work habits and job skills, job coaching and supported employment to build success for both employee and employer.
