Associate Acceptance Proccess

The TalentForce Associate Acceptance Process consists of five steps, from "Admit" to "Assign." This multi-level screening incorporates a pre-application questionnaire, associate application, skill assessment, behavioral interview, safety-testing, pre-employment drug test, background check, and E-verify.   

Our associates are then further engaged by attending a New Associate Seminar which reviews TalentForce and client policies and procedures.  This robust process ensures the "match" of our associates’ skills and work history with our clients’ staffing requirements.
