  • Planning – The process begins with gaining an understanding of your staffing requirements. This will be accomplished through an in-depth needs assessment and job shadowing.
  • Control – Metric-driven analysis to validate that we are operating in a state of control and exceeding your expectations. This is accomplished by setting realistic goals, establishing key performance indicators (e.g. order fulfillment, attendance, turnover and assignment completion) and tracking results.
  • Continuous Improvement – This process ensures continuous improvement through the on-going comparison of actual results to goals, adjustment of processes to impact the level of our service, development of new benchmarks, and planning for upcoming periods.
